Xiaomi’s flagship device, Mi 5 is priced in India at Rs 24,999 for the 3 GB + 32 GB variant. The Redmi Note 3 and Mi Power Bank will also be available on sale on Wednesday.

The flash sale for Mi 5, Redmi Note 3 and Mi Powerbank start 2 pm on Wednesday. The registrations, however have already begun on Mi.com.

Xiaomi Mi 5 is a mid-budget smartphone that offers top end ends specs. It features a 5.15-inch full HD display and a curved 3D glass back. The smartphones is powered by 1.8 Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage space.

Xiaomi Mi 5 sports a 16 megapixel rear camera with 4-axis OIS and 4 Ultrapixel camera front camera. It is backd by 3000 mAh battery and runs MIUI 7 on Android 6.


In our review of Mi 5, we noted that the Mi 5 has a lot in its favour; a beautiful design, good performance and a decent camera.


Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, on the other hand, is a budget device that starts at Rs 9, 999 for the 2 GB + 16 GB variant. The 3 GB + 16 GB variant will set you back to Rs 11,999. It is the first full-metal body smartphone by the company.


The Redmi Note 3 has a 5.5-inch full HD display, runs the Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 processor, and sports a 13 mp rear camera with a 5 mp front camera.

The Redmi Note 3 runs Xiaomi’s MIUI 7 OS on top of Android Lollipop and has an extra large 4000 mAh battery. In our review, we called Redmi Note 3 as the stellar comeback device for Xiaomi.


Xiaomi Mi Power Bank comes with a 20,000 mAH capacity and costs Rs 1,699.
