We’re very close to Motorola’s launch event where the US company is supposed to unveil at least two new Android smartphones, the Moto G (4th Gen) and Moto G4 Plus.

Both devices will ship with Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system right out of the box, but since Motorola is usually among the first companies to provide major Android updates, they will probably be upgraded to Android N later this fall.

We have already reported about Motorola’s Moto G (4th Gen), which was caught on camera a few days ago, but we’ve never had the chance get a glimpse of the other Motorola smartphone, the Moto G4 Plus.

The good news is that well-known leakster @evleaks has just published the first press render of the Motorola Moto G4 Plus. The white version of the smartphone shows its curves and confirms once again that it will come with a rectangular Home button, which is likely to hide a fingerprint scanner.

Aside from that, the source of the picture does not reveal any additional information regarding the phone’s specs, but we know a little bit about Moto G4 Plus from previous rumors.

For example, the smartphone should sport a 5.5-inch capacitive touchscreen display of unknown resolution. It’s also said the Moto G4 Plus will pack 16GB internal memory, but microSD card slot for memory expansion should be included too.

On the back, the smartphone will pack a 16-megapixel camera, and we can also see that it will feature a small, circular LED flash. A front-facing camera is showing on the front as well, along with what appears to be another LED flash, but we can’t tell for sure.

Motorola has dropped the dual front speaker setup, so we only have a speaker grille above the display, while at the bottom there’s a square-shaped physical Home button.

Last but not least, rumor has it that Motorola Moto G4 Plus will be announced in May and it will be available for purchase for €280 outright.
